The Midland, part of Inn Collection Group, in Morecambe, is seeking a Front of House Supervisor to welcome guests and oversee service with the Assistant Manager.

You will guide the team, ensure a warm, memorable experience, and handle challenges to keep operations running smoothly. If you thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment and excel in customer service leadership, this is your role.
