The Midland, Morecambe, part of The Inn Collection Group, is seeking a Front of House Supervisor to lead guest-facing service with warmth and energy. You’ll oversee the front-of-house team, ensuring smooth operations and a memorable guest experience by the sea.

Greet guests, guide service, and resolve issues with enthusiasm and professionalism. This role rewards strong customer service, teamwork, and leadership in a fast-paced hospitality setting.
