Job summary

The Wordsworth Inn in Grasmere, part of The Inn Collection Group, is opening and seeking enthusiastic Front of House Supervisors to join day one. You’ll lead greet guests, oversee service and work with the Assistant Manager to guide the team in a fast-paced, food-led operation.

With 55 bedrooms and strong plans, you’ll create memorable guest experiences and help establish Grasmere’s Wordsworth Inn as a destination for outstanding hospitality.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or food service.
• Ability to lead a team and maintain high standards.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and oversee service from start to finish.
• Guide and support team with Assistant Manager.
• Resolve challenges and ensure smooth operations.
