Job summary

The Inn Collection Group's Seaburn Inn in Sunderland is seeking a Front of House Supervisor to lead guest service from arrival to departure, ensuring a warm, memorable experience.

You will work closely with the Assistant Manager, guide the team through peak service, handle guest requests, and maintain high standards across dining and reception. This role suits those who thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment and enjoy engaging with guests.

Qualifications

• Experience in front-of-house hospitality and guest service.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and oversee service to ensure a warm, memorable experience.
• Support the team and liaise with the Assistant Manager to maintain smooth operations.
• Resolve guest issues quickly and maintain high service standards.
