Qualifications

• FMCG experience is essential.
• Understanding of FMCG, supply chain is a bonus.
• Strong relationship management.

• Personable with good time management and prioritisation.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
• SAP knowledge desirable.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage all customer orders – manual and via SAP in a timely manner.
• Update key reports based on orders and coordinate with warehouse/hauliers.
• Compile shortage reports and monitor service levels.
• Provide cover for other customer accounts.
• Link sales and planning across the supply chain.
• Liaise between customers and 3rd party distributors.
• Identify better ways of working and implement improvements.
• Investigate cost-saving measures wherever possible.
• Maximise order size and accuracy within strict deadlines.
