Britvic UK is recruiting a Customer Service Representative to join our team. You will act as the link between customers, logistics, planning and supply chain, managing orders from start to finish and ensuring on-time, in-full delivery while delivering a high-quality customer experience.

Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader, you will work in a busy environment, handle order processing in SAP, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the service chain.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced customer service or order management.
• Strong organisation and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proven problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
• IT skills with experience using SAP or similar systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end customer order process and ensure on-time delivery.
• Act as primary contact for customer depots and head office teams.
• Monitor orders and resolve issues to prevent service disruptions.
• Secure delivery booking slots and ensure continuity of service.
• Investigate order failures and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with planning, logistics, transport, warehouse and supply chain teams.
• Maintain records in SAP and other internal systems.
• Analyze service performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in service excellence.
