CBRE Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) is seeking a Project Transformation Lead in London to design and deliver a comprehensive transformation programme for the account. You will drive end-to-end change across multi-site FM environments, aligning with CBRE strategic priorities and client objectives.

You will own the transformation roadmap, engage senior client stakeholders, and implement operating model redesigns with a focus on efficiency, data-driven decision making, and measurable outcomes.

Formación

• Proven track record leading large-scale transformation in multi-site environments.
• Strong knowledge of FM, technical services and professional services operating models.
• Senior and executive stakeholder management experience.
• Commercial acumen including budget management and financial target delivery.
• Change management skills with ability to engage at all levels.
• Programme and project management proficiency (PRINCE2, MSP, Agile).
• Data-driven approach translating complex data into actionable insights.
• Exceptional communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Client-side or outsourced service delivery experience.
• Degree-level education or equivalent experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end design and delivery of the transformation programme.
• Develop and own transformation roadmap with milestones, KPIs and governance.
• Engage client stakeholders at all levels as trusted adviser.
• Redesign operating model for technical and FM services with best practices.
• Identify cost efficiencies and revenue growth within the programme.
• Champion technology solutions to drive efficiency and client experience.
• Establish robust reporting to senior leadership and clients.
• Provide leadership, coaching and direction to the project team.
• Identify and manage project risks in line with policies and standards.
• Research and benchmark data to inform decisions and develop business cases.
