Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a FM Systems Mobilisation & Deployment Co ordinator to support the deployment of FM CMMS systems across sites. You will coordinate demand intake, manage data and documentation, and produce reporting packs to track SLAs and KPIs.

The role emphasises collaboration within the FM Platform and DigiHub, requiring strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to work at pace in a busy environment.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating or managing digital systems deployments.
• Understanding of project management practices and multiple projects.
• Strong planning and organisational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate demand intake and triage CMMS deployments.
• Monitor deployment stage gate process and progress.
• Ensure data, documentation and change management protocols are followed.
• Prepare and distribute reporting packs for SLA/KPI tracking.
• Communicate with the wider business and maintain team mailbox.
• Support deployment administrative tasks and cross-team collaboration.
• Work with FM Platform, DigiHub and onsite teams.
