Job summary

Sodexo is seeking an SMS Deployment Manager for a 12-month FTC maternity cover. The role leads deployment of the Site Management System across multiple sites, building deployment plans, readiness checks and data validation, and delivering training to managers, supervisors and frontline teams.

The position is remote with travel to sites as needed and requires strong project delivery and change-management skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities management or service-led environments.
• Background in system deployment or operational change.
• Comfortable delivering training to diverse user groups.
• Experience coordinating across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead the deployment of SMS across agreed sites and segments.
• Build deployment plans with milestones, risks and go-live dates.
• Conduct readiness checks for data, resources and setup.
• Deliver training to managers, supervisors, and frontline teams.
• Monitor adoption, usage and governance updates.
• Capture lessons learned and support transition to BAU.
