Job summary

Confidential is seeking a Contract Coordinator in the Trinity Buoy Wharf area for a temporary role, working Monday to Friday (40 hours). The role offers £17-19 per hour, paid weekly via umbrella. Temporary with potential to go permanent.

You will schedule maintenance (ppm and reactive) and allocate jobs, manage engineers diaries, and perform general admin tasks to ensure SLA adherence.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in scheduling.
• FM background would be ideal.
• Experience in a similar role such as repairs planner, FM coordinator, FM Scheduler, Works coordinator, Works planner, repairs admin, Helpdesk coordinator.

Responsibilities

• Schedule out both ppm and reactive work orders to engineers.
• Allocate jobs as needed and updating accurately on the database.
• Manage engineers diaries and prioritise work loads.
• Carry out general administrative work as required.
