Job summary

Sureserve Group in Liverpool is seeking a coordinator to schedule and coordinate engineering activities, supporting planned and responsive renewables works, and maintaining high standards of service for clients in the region.

You will liaise with customers and engineers, update schedules, manage changing priorities, and ensure work is completed on time. The role is 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 08:00-17:00, on-site, with a permanent contract.

Qualifications

• Experience in contract administration or scheduling within the energy, repairs or service delivery sector.
• Confident communicator with customers, residents and engineers.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate engineering activities and appointments.
• Track job progress and ensure completion within agreed timescales.
• Maintain accurate records and update schedules as requirements change.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle inquiries and issues professionally.
