They have partnered with Escape Recruitment to recruit an electrical maintenance engineer to join their busy mobile team. With huge growth and expansion plans already underway it's a great time to join!

Your role will be mobile, covering various sites within the Edinburgh area. Carrying out all Electrical PPM and reactive maintenance across the contracts.

Duties:

• Carrying out all PPM and reactive maintenance within commercial premises- ensuring all works are carried out within agreed SLA's.
• Carrying out repairs and attending breakdowns within commercial premises- which will include providing a call-out response to be carried out within agreed SLA's.
• Diagnose faults and rectify these issues where possible.
• Ensure that all contractors are monitored on behalf of the client and that work is carried out correctly.
• Working in a client/customer-facing environment, ensuring you remain professional at all times.
• Take a proactive approach to working in partnership with the client to ensure all concerns are dealt with promptly.
• Ensure all paperwork is kept up to date and submitted weekly.

Skills, Experience, and Qualifications:

• City & Guilds/ SVQ Level 3 Certificate in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• City & Guilds BS7671 18th Edition.
• Experience of carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance.
• You will ideally have existing experience within a busy, FM environment.
• Full driving UK license (6 points maximum).
• Happy to complete Disclosure Scotland.
• Up to £40,000 per annum.
• Van & Fuel Card.
