Typically, this person will join a recognised professional and committed team who support the maritime industry. This position (Full OEM Training Is Provided As Part Of The Role) as the Field Service Engineer will see you being responsible for installation, commissioning, servicing, maintaining, overhauling, or troubleshooting 2 or 4 stroke marine, traction, and power engines.

Duties and Responsibilities of the Field Service Engineer:

1. Assist and/or be responsible for work tasks covering installation, commissioning, servicing, maintaining, overhauling, or troubleshooting
2. Be able to carry out maintenance and repair of 2 and 4 stroke engines / associated systems
3. Support customers with and implement the field maintenance procedures on the engines
4. Carry out performance tests, troubleshoot, and conduct root cause analysis
5. Work with engine automation and mechanical systems providing support to customers within company guidelines
6. Implement tasks as part of engine maintenance
7. Provide on-site customer operational support at all project stages
8. Support the implementation of HSE standards during maintenance activities
9. Identify spare part requirements for maintenance
10. Prepare detailed reports

Qualifications and Requirements for the Field Service Engineer:

• Full Driving Licence
• Passport
• Maritime OR Traction OR Power experience on 2 / 4 Stroke Engines
