Job summary

Pinnacle Group is seeking an experienced FM Helpdesk Operator on a temporary contract in Morley. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, log requests on the FM system, and assist the Helpdesk Administrator with contract administration. The role runs 8:00–16:30, Monday to Friday, with weekly pay and an immediate start.

Ideal candidates will have strong customer service skills, experience with Evolution FM software, and proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• FM Helpdesk Operator with commitment to customer service.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with FM helpdesk software and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Answer FM helpdesk calls and log inquiries on the database.
• Take ownership of the PPM schedule and reactive maintenance tasks.
• Allocate work orders to contractors and monitor response times.
• Track progress and escalate where needed to meet deadlines.
• Keep clients updated and close out tasks with evidence of work.
