Job Title: FLT Driver (Counterbalance/Reach)

About the Role

The Best Connection Group are currently seeking a reliable and experienced FLT Driver to join one of our clients in Malton.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating Counterbalance and/or Reach FLT safely and efficiently
• Loading and unloading goods from vehicles
• Moving stock to appropriate storage areas
• Picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch
• Carrying out daily equipment checks and reporting any faults
• Maintaining a clean and organised working environment
• Following all health & safety procedures at all times

Requirements

• Valid FLT licence (Counterbalance and/or Reach) – essential
• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong understanding of health & safety practices
• Flexibility to work shifts where required

Desirable (but not essential)

• Previous experience with warehouse management systems
• Experience working in fast-paced distribution environments
