Gi Group are recruiting an experienced Counterbalance FLT Driver for a brick manufacturing site in Almondsbury, Bristol (BS32). You will operate a counterbalance forklift safely, move bricks and pallets, load/unload deliveries, and support production and dispatch.

The role offers Monday to Friday day shifts, weekly pay at £14.87 per hour, and a temporary to permanent contract for the right candidate. A valid Counterbalance licence is essential and prior warehouse experience is preferred.

Qualifikationen

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Counterbalance FLT Driver to join a busy brick manufacturing site in Almondsbury, Bristol (BS32).

This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and safety-conscious FLT Driver looking for ongoing work, regular weekday hours and the opportunity to secure a permanent position.

Working across the warehouse and yard, you will play an important role in supporting production and dispatch operations, ensuring materials and finished products are moved safely and efficiently.

What Does the Role Involve?

• Operating a counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently.
• Moving bricks, pallets and materials around the warehouse and yard.
• Loading and unloading deliveries.
• Supplying production lines with materials and moving finished goods.
• Carrying out daily forklift checks and reporting any faults.
• Maintaining a clean, tidy and safe working environment.
• Following site procedures and health and safety guidelines.

What We're Looking For

• A valid Counterbalance FLT licence - essential.
• Previous counterbalance forklift experience is preferred.
• Experience in a warehouse, manufacturing or yard environment would be an advantage.
• A good understanding of workplace health and safety.
• A reliable, punctual and hardworking attitude.
• The ability to work in a busy, hands-on environment.

Pay, Hours and Benefits

• Monday to Thursday: 7:30am - 4:00pm.
• Friday: 7:30am - 3:00pm.
