Ambitions Personnel is seeking a reliable FLT Counterbalance Driver for a busy warehouse in Newark on Trent. The role pays £13.90 per hour with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. Applicants must possess valid Counterbalance licences and previous warehouse experience.

The role includes operating counterbalance trucks, loading and unloading, and maintaining safety and cleanliness in the workplace. This position offers the potential for permanent employment after a successful temporary period.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8am until 5pm

We are currently recruiting for a reliable and experienced FLT Driver to join our client's busy warehouse team.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating Counterbalance Trucks safely and efficiently.
• Loading and unloading vehicles.
• Moving stock throughout the warehouse.
• Picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch.
• Carrying out stock checks and inventory control.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
• Adhering to all health and safety procedures.

Requirements

• Counterbalance Forklift Truck licences
• Previous warehouse experience.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
• Own transport is essential due to the location and limited public transport access.
