Job summary

Linkster Recruitment Ltd. is recruiting for a FLT Counterbalance Driver based in Bardon Hill, Coalville. This busy manufacturing and distribution site offers a reliable temp-to-perm opportunity with progression potential and a supportive team.

The role requires a valid Counterbalance FLT licence and recent warehouse experience; training begins on 06:00-14:00 before moving to rotating shifts. Overtime is available and attendance bonuses apply, with full training provided and free parking on site.

Qualifications

• Valid Counterbalance FLT licence and recent driving experience in a warehouse/manufacturing setting.
• Double-fork and HGV loading/unloading experience are desirable.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic and ability to work safely under pressure.
• Flexibility to work both morning and afternoon shifts.

• Operate a Counterbalance FLT safely in a fast-paced production environment.

FLT Counterbalance Driver

Location: Bardon Hill, Coalville | Job type: Temp to Perm | Hours: Rotating 06:00-14:00 / 14:00-22:00, Monday-Friday

Pay: £13.41 per hour + £1.43 per hour attendance bonus (£14.84 total)

Training

Main Duties FLT Counterbalance Driver

• Operate a Counterbalance FLT safely in a fast-paced production environment.
• Load/unload HGVs and move pallets and materials across site.
• Feed production lines and support warehouse and production teams.
• Complete routine FLT checks, report issues and maintain high safety standards.

Pay & Benefits

• £13.41 basic + £1.43 attendance bonus = £14.84 per hour; 37.5 paid hours per week (£53.63 weekly attendance bonus).
