Job Talent is recruiting a Counterbalance FLT Driver for DHL UK in Gloucester. The role supports Goods In, the yard, and the broader warehouse, involving loading/unloading pallets and moving materials. It is outdoors, so weather conditions can be cold and wet.

The position runs 08:00–17:00, Monday to Friday, with a fixed pattern. A valid FLT licence and prior FLT experience are essential, along with a safety-first approach.

Counterbalance FLT Driver - Gloucester

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Counterbalance FLT Driver to work with DHL UK in Gloucester. This role is essential for supporting Goods In, the yard, and the wider warehouse operation. You will be responsible for loading and unloading packaging pallets, moving materials safely, and ensuring supplies are available when needed. Please note that this is an outdoor role, so you must be comfortable working in cold, wet, and changeable weather conditions.

Shift Patterns:

08:00 - 17:00 | Mon - Fri | Fixed

Pay Rates:

13.95 GBP hourly

Essential requirements for Counterbalance FLT Driver:

• A valid Counterbalance FLT licence is mandatory.
• Previous FLT driving experience is required.
• Confident in loading and unloading pallets.
• Understanding of safe material movement in a warehouse or yard environment.
• Ability to follow health and safety procedures and maintain good housekeeping standards.
• Comfortable working outdoors in cold, wet, and changeable weather.
