Job summary

Jobandtalent is recruiting for a Counterbalance FLT Driver in Gloucester to support DHL UK. You will load/unload pallets, move materials safely and assist Goods In and yard operations, with duties indoors and outdoors in changeable weather.

The role operates 08:00-17:00, Mon-Fri, with a fixed pattern. A valid Counterbalance FLT licence and prior forklift experience are essential, plus a proactive, safety-focused approach and good teamwork.

Qualifications

• Mandatory Counterbalance FLT licence.
• Previous FLT driving experience required.
• Confident in loading/unloading pallets and moving materials.
• Understanding of safe material movement in warehouse or yard.
• Follow health and safety procedures and maintain housekeeping.
• Outdoor role; comfortable in cold, wet, changeable weather.

Responsibilities

• Operate Counterbalance forklift to load/unload pallets.
• Support Goods In and yard operations by moving materials safely.
• Maintain high housekeeping standards in warehouse and yard.
• Assist with operation of cardboard baler and compactor.
• Ensure materials are supplied to the wider warehouse team as required.
