Job summary

The Best Connection Group Limited is recruiting a reliable and dedicated Cold Store FLT Counterbalance Drivers in the Gloucester area to support operations within a Cold Store Logistics Company.

A valid Counterbalance FLT Licence is essential and you will be responsible for safely operating a Counterbalance Forklift, unloading and loading lorries, moving frozen stock, and maintaining tidy warehouse areas across 12-hour rotating shifts (6am-6pm).

Key Responsibilities:

• Keeping the warehouse areas clean, tidy, and organised
• Liaising with other warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations

Key Skills & Attributes:

• Strong attention to detail
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Physically fit for repetitive tasks and standing

Shift Pattern:

• 6am-6pm
• Rotating shift basis 2 on 3 off, 12 hour shifts
• Overtime is available based on production requirements
