Manpower is seeking an experienced FLT/Counterbalance Driver to join a busy site in a full-time role in the United Kingdom. You will ensure safe movement of goods, loading/unloading, and support daily operations with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Salary is £13.61 per hour with Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 6:00pm work hours. Regular overtime opportunities and long-term career prospects are available within a friendly team environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year Counterbalance FLT experience in a warehouse or logistics setting.
• Hold a valid Counterbalance FLT licence.
• Reliable and punctual with good attention to safety.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work overtime when required.
• Experience loading/unloading and moving stock.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload deliveries.
• Move stock and materials throughout the warehouse and yard.
• Stack and store products in designated locations.
• Assist with goods-in and goods-out processes.
• Carry out routine vehicle checks and report defects.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
• Support colleagues to achieve daily operational targets.
• Adhere to all company health and safety procedures.

Working as part of the warehouse and operations team, you will be responsible for the safe movement of goods, loading and unloading vehicles, and supporting the day-to-day running of the site while maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency.

About You

• Hold a valid Counterbalance FLT licence
• A minimum of 1 year's Counterbalance driving experience
• Previous experience within a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment
• A strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Good attention to detail and safety standards
• Excellent reliability and punctuality
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid Counterbalance Forklift Truck licence
• Minimum 1 year of Counterbalance FLT experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Physically capable of carrying out manual handling duties when required
• Flexibility to work overtime when available
