People Solutions are recruiting for a Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join our client in Rugby, Warwickshire. This full-time role offers £13.50 per hour with Monday to Friday daytime shifts, weekly pay, and immediate starts.

You will operate a counterbalance forklift, manage goods in/out, load/unload trailers, and keep the warehouse organized. Site training and safety support are provided to help you perform consistently and safely.

Competenze

• Valid Counterbalance FLT licence or recognised certification.
• Prior practical Counterbalance forklift driving experience.
• Previous warehouse experience.
• Basic spoken and written English.

Mansioni

• Operate a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently.
• Complete Goods In and Goods Out duties as required.
• Load and unload trailers using a Counterbalance FLT.
• Move, store and organise stock within the warehouse.
• Ensure products are stored safely and correctly.
• Support general warehouse and manual handling duties when required.
• Follow all health and safety procedures at all times.

Counterbalance Forklift Driver - Rugby, Warwickshire - £13.50 Per Hour

People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join our well-established client based in Rugby, Warwickshire.

This is a fantastic opportunity offering £13.50 per hour, consistent Monday to Friday daytime shifts, weekly pay, immediate starts and ongoing long-term work within a busy warehouse environment.

Shifts

• Monday to Friday
• 07:00 - 16:00 or 08:00 - 17:00
• An additional 30 minutes required on Fridays

Rates of Pay

• £13.50 per hour

Day-to-Day Duties

• Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently
• Completing Goods In and Goods Out duties as required
• Loading and unloading trailers using a Counterbalance FLT
• Moving, storing and organising stock within the warehouse
• Ensuring products are stored safely and correctly
• Supporting general warehouse and manual handling duties when required
• Following all health and safety procedures at all times

Essential Skills

• Valid Counterbalance FLT licence or recognised certification
• Previous practical Counterbalance Forklift driving experience
• Previous warehouse experience
• Basic spoken and written English
