Job Talent is recruiting a Counterbalance FLT Driver for DHL UK in Gloucester. The role supports Goods In, the yard, and the broader warehouse, involving loading/unloading pallets and moving materials. It is outdoors, so weather conditions can be cold and wet.

The position runs 08:00–17:00, Monday to Friday, with a fixed pattern. A valid FLT licence and prior FLT experience are essential, along with a safety-first approach.

Qualifications

• Valid Counterbalance FLT licence is mandatory.
• Previous FLT driving experience required.
• Confident in loading and unloading pallets.
• Understanding of safe material movement in a warehouse/yard.
• Able to work outdoors in cold, wet, changeable weather.

Responsibilities

• Operate Counterbalance forklift to load and unload pallets.
• Support Goods In and yard operations by moving materials safely.
• Maintain high housekeeping standards in warehouse and yard.
• Assist with operation of cardboard baler/compactor.
• Ensure materials are supplied to the wider warehouse team as required.
