Job summary

Frasers Group is seeking a Flow Room Technician to partner with the on-site Operations team, ensuring the smooth system and product flow to achieve and exceed KPIs across designated areas.

You will work closely with warehouse operatives, Flow Room colleagues, Shift and Section Managers, Supervisors, and IT/Engineering teams to monitor data, report faults, and optimise performance for improved customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in data/operational support role.
• Ability to work across multiple systems and IT tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Maintain product flow across designated operational areas and monitor system performance.
• Analyse real-time data and report faults; prioritise waves per plan.
• Identify risks and opportunities; communicate recommendations to improve productivity.
• Support continuous improvement and implementation of new processes and system enhancements.
