Job summary

Frasersgroup is recruiting a Flow Room Shift Manager for its Shirebrook operation. The role oversees the Flow Room, translating daily plans into actionable execution and protecting customer outcomes across the shift.

You will lead a team of Technicians and Supervisors, drive performance against KPIs, and collaborate with Operations, Engineering and IT to remove blockers and improve processes. A fast-paced environment requires strong leadership and a data-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead and develop teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven approach.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills across multiple functions.

Responsibilities

• Own live Flow Room performance across the shift, ensuring KPIs are controlled.
• Lead Flow Room shift team with clear expectations, coaching and accountability.
• Translate daily plan into a clear flow strategy and prioritise work.
• Maintain visibility of volume, capacity, risks and proactively act to protect service.
• Lead incident management during the shift with clear ownership and actions.
