Qualifications

• Experience in a control room, flow room or automated environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to translate technical issues for non-technical audiences.
• Proficient use of SCADA, WMS and Excel for operations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor automated sorting systems to maximise performance and availability.
• Make real-time decisions to manage flow and address bottlenecks.
• Coordinate engineering activity and prioritise faults to minimise impact.
• Manage yard vehicle flow to optimise site efficiency.
• Review operational data to identify maintenance and improvement opportunities.
• Provide first-line support for operational, mechanical and system issues.
