Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Derby is seeking an experienced Flow Controller to manage outbound flow, stock accuracy, and scheduling for a new start-up operation. You will use WMS and Kronos to optimise labour, ensure timely dispatch, and resolve issues affecting service levels.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse/logistics operations.
• Proficient with Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Experience with Kronos labour scheduling and planning.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Permanent full-time role based in Derby.

Responsibilities

• Manage outbound order flow and meet dispatch deadlines.
• Investigate stock discrepancies and operational issues.
• Support labour planning and Kronos administration.
• Coordinate inbound activity and maintain stock schedules.
• Produce reports and KPIs to support continuous improvement.
