Job summary

gategroup is seeking a Flow Coordinator to support warehouse operations at West Drayton, reporting to the Shift Leader. You will assist with goods receiving, storage, picking and packing, and distribution to meet KPI targets.

The role includes inhouse training, meals, uniform, parking, pension, and wellbeing support. You will work a 4-on 2-off pattern with early to late shifts, ensuring compliance and quality across departments.

Qualifications

• Forklift license required or preferable.
• Awareness of Dangerous Goods handling and aviation security.
• At least 1 year supervisory experience in warehousing or production.

Responsibilities

• Assist Shift Leader with warehouse/inventory management, goods receiving, storage, picking, packing and distribution.
• Maintain stock levels in line with Days on Hand and min/max targets.
• Ensure compliance with finance regulations, audits, and safety standards.
