Job summary

HelloFresh Derby is seeking a Flow Controller to oversee automated production equipment, from setup to data-driven improvements. You will use WCS and PCS to ensure machine statuses are correct and help resolve bottlenecks, stock issues, and quality problems by coordinating with Operations, Engineering and Automation teams.

The role requires practical manufacturing experience, strong IT and problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate clearly and lead by example, embodying HelloFresh

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or distribution centre environment.
• Ability to operate and interpret computer software and systems.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and adaptability in fast-paced production.
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
• Strong communication and cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor automated equipment using WCS and PCS.
• Identify conveyor jams early and coordinate with engineering to balance flow.
• Regularly check line throughput and address bottlenecks and quality issues.
• Coordinate service and support functions for smooth facility operation.
• Provide machine performance reports and insights.
