Job summary

Dematic is seeking a first-line support specialist in the United Kingdom to ensure delivery against Dematic contract expectations and KPI targets. You will provide basic fault resolution and assist the engineering team to maintain product flow and respond to breakdowns while upholding quality and customer relations.

The role emphasizes health & safety, adherence to company processes, and continuous improvement in a dynamic logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Basic IT competency required.
• SafePass, CSCS Card desirable.
• Experience with automated systems, warehouse or production environments.
• Working at heights experience desirable.
• Demonstrated history of safe working and positive working culture.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line support to equipment in scope of the Dematic contract.
• Maintain product flow at all times.
• Contribute to fault resolution with the engineering team.
• Assist in maintenance and breakdown situations as needed.
• Represent the company professionally and maintain customer relations.
