Job summary

Dematic is seeking a first-line support professional to assist all equipment under the CS contract. You will help ensure timely delivery of outcomes to both Dematic and the customer while maintaining KPI targets.

Key duties include supporting equipment, maintaining flow, and assisting the engineering team on complex faults as needed. A focus on safety and continuous improvement is expected.

Qualifications

• Basic key-skills and basic IT competency.
• SafePass or CSCS Card is desirable.
• Experience with automated systems, warehouse or production environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line support to all equipment in scope of the Dematic contract.
• Maintain product flow and ensure KPI targets are met.
• Record all work accurately and contribute to continuous improvement.
