Job summary

Dematic is seeking a dedicated first-line support agent to assist with equipment under the CS contract, ensuring deliveries meet Dematic and customer expectations and KPIs are achieved. You will work closely with the engineering team to resolve issues and maintain smooth operations.

Qualifications

• A basic level of IT literacy and keyboard skills.
• SafePass and CSCS cards are desirable.
• Experience with automated systems, warehouse or production environments.

Responsibilities

• Comply with health and safety legislation at all times and promote a positive H&S culture.
• Maintain KPI focus with a mentality to over achieve where possible.
• Provide first-line support to all equipment in scope of the contract.
• Maintain product flow at all times.
• Provide basic fault resolution and assist with complex faults alongside the engineering team.
• Assist in maintenance and breakdown situations as required.
• Work within manufacturer recommendations and industry-standard practices.
• Drive 5S and value-add practices across site.
• Prioritise multiple system faults.
• Ensure quality of output at all times.
• Accurately record all work undertaken.
• Involvement in continuous improvement and sales opportunities.
• Represent the company in a professional manner and maintain customer relations.
• Adhere to the Quality processes and procedures as set out by the company.
