Job summary

A regional women's support charity in the UK is seeking a full-time Regional Children and Young People's Advocate to provide essential support services for children affected by domestic abuse. The successful candidate will manage a caseload and work closely with a team to deliver the NSPCC Dart Programme. Responsibilities include one-to-one casework and group sessions to help children express emotions and develop healthy coping strategies. Qualifications

• Experience of working in one-to-one and group work settings with children affected by trauma.
• Ability to carry a caseload involving case management, risk assessment, and support planning.
• Knowledge of domestic abuse and its impact on children and families.

• Deliver the Dart Programme in collaboration with Domestic Abuse Advocates.
