Heartwood Collection is a hospitality group known for cosy pubs and brasseries that feel like home. We’re seeking friendly team members to deliver warm hospitality, manage service flow on the floor, and assist management during shifts to create memorable guest experiences.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced, fresh-food environment. We offer training, awards, and a range of staff perks across our growing estate, including discounts and wellbeing benefits.

Formación

• You’re a people person with great interpersonal skills and love making guests feel special.
• You’re confident in looking after elements of service and team members on the floor and to assist management in the shift, set up and close downs.
• Ideally, at least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced, fresh food restaurant.
