Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to ensure customers receive a quality in-store experience and to act as Floor Supervisor, coaching Brand Reps and Stock Associates to keep store operations running smoothly and drive daily sales.

The role involves opening/closing routines, POS operation, fulfilling OMNI orders, maintaining product knowledge, building visuals, and analyzing reports while protecting assets and living the brand culture.

Qualifications

• Education- High School Diploma/ GED equivalent preferred.
• Retail experience- at least 1 year preferred.
• Maintain a strong customer focus and brand presentation.
• Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Be energetic, outgoing, assertive and proactive.
• Flexibility to adapt and balance multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines.
• Operate register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI channel orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets and perform inventory control.
• Represent the brand and exemplify company culture and values.
