Abercrombie & Fitch Co. in Cambridge is seeking a Key Lead to deliver exceptional in-store experiences. You will act as Floor Supervisor, coaching Brand Reps and Stock Associates to keep store operations smooth and sales-focused.

You'll open/close, operate POS, fulfill OMNI orders, maintain product knowledge and visuals, analyse reports, protect assets, and embody the brand values. This role offers a flexible schedule and opportunities for career progression.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• At least 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• No supervisory/management experience required.
• Strong customer focus and communication skills.
• Energetic, outgoing and assertive.

Responsabilités

• Open and close routines.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
