Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to act as Floor Supervisor, guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates to ensure an exceptional in-store experience. You will lead by example on the sales floor, training staff and driving daily performance.

Responsibilities include opening/closing routines, operating POS systems, handling omni-channel orders, and maintaining visual displays. The role demands strong communication and a proactive, energetic attitude.

Qualifications

• Education - High School Diploma/ G.E.D. equivalent preferred.
• Retail experience - at least 1 year preferred.
• Strong customer focus and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Excellent communication and the ability to take initiative.

Responsabilités
