Job summary

Incipio Group Limited is seeking a Supervisors to lead hospitality teams and deliver exceptional guest experiences across shifts. You will inspire colleagues, train staff, and bridge the gap between Managers and the team while proactively solving problems and maintaining high standards.

You will work with the management team to drive sales, plan effectively, and bring ideas to life. Expect ongoing training, opportunities to grow, and a positive, fun work environment.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in hospitality or service teams.
• Strong guest-facing skills and ability to train others.
• Proactive problem solving during shifts and peak times.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the team to deliver outstanding hospitality across shifts.
• Set an example to ensure smooth venue operations and proactive problem solving.
• Motivate, train and develop team members to maintain high standards.
• Collaborate with management to drive sales and guest satisfaction.
• Prepare and brief the team for each shift and share improvements.
