Incipio Group Limited is seeking a Supervisory leader to guide hospitality teams and maintain high standards across shifts in London venues. You’ll bridge Managers and frontline staff, delivering outstanding guest experiences and driving smooth operations.

As a Supervisor, you’ll motivate and train your team, plan shifts, and contribute ideas to enhance service. The role emphasizes leading by example, problem solving, and a passion for people and performance.

• Ensuring our guests have the best possible experience by delivering outstanding hospitality across your team.
• Leading your team and problem solving on shifts to ensure venue runs efficiently.

• Proactive planning, preparation and briefing of the team.
• Bringing ideas, processes and organisation to life.
• Attending training courses to develop leadership skills and gain certification such as First Aid, Fire Marshalls and Personal Licenses.
