Job summary

Incipio Group seeks energetic Supervisors to lead teams, bridge the gap between Managers and staff, and deliver exceptional guest experiences across shifts. You will inspire, problem-solve on the floor and help drive venue sales with your team.

Join a vibrant hospitality group that values proactive leadership, staff development, and a positive, engaging guest environment. Training in leadership and safety courses will be provided to grow within the company.

Qualifications

• Ability to lead a team during shifts and set an example for staff.
• Strong problem-solving skills to bridge managers and team.
• Comfortable engaging with guests and maintaining a positive vibe.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding hospitality by guiding your team to provide the best guest experience.
• Lead your team on shifts to ensure smooth operation and proactive problem solving.
• Motivate and train staff, offering support and encouragement.
• Collaborate with management to drive venue sales with your team’s backing.
• Plan, brief, and prepare the team for service and events.
• Contribute ideas to improve processes and organization within the venue.
• Attend training to develop leadership, First Aid, Fire Marshall, and Personal License skills.
• Create a fun, welcoming atmosphere and positive energy for guests.

Our Supervisors excel at leading their teams with strong problem-solving skills. They inspire and support their colleagues, seamlessly bridging the gap between Managers and the wider team.

WHAT YOU'LL BE GETTING UP TO

• Ensuring our guests have the best possible experience by delivering outstanding hospitality across your team
• Ensuring the venue runs efficiently by setting an example and proactively leading your team and problem solving on shifts
• Motivating your team by providing excellent support, training and encouragement
• Working with your management team to drive sales in your venue with the support of your team
• Proactive planning, preparation and briefing of the team
• Bringing ideas, processes and orgainisation to life
• Attending training courses to develop your leadership skills and gain certification such as First Aid, Fire Marshalls and Personal Licenses
• Having fun, laughing a lot and giving good vibes
