Job summary

Incipio Group is seeking dynamic Team Leaders for our venues in the UK. You will lead daily operations, uphold exceptional hospitality standards, and inspire your team to deliver memorable experiences for guests.

You’ll mentor new starters, drive guest engagement, collaborate with management to boost sales, and create a fun, inclusive atmosphere across the venue.

Qualifications

• Experience leading hospitality teams and delivering high standards.
• Strong guest service and communication skills.
• Proven ability to motivate and develop staff.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL BE GETTING UP TO

• Ensuring the venue runs efficiently by setting an example and proactively leading your team
• Supporting new starters in your venue, introducing them to the team and setting the highest of standards
• Motivating your team by providing excellent support, training and encouragement
• Engaging with guests, making recommendations, and ensuring their needs are met.
• Collaborating with the management team to increase sales and contribute to the success of the venue.
• Creating a fun and positive atmosphere, fostering laughter and good vibes among the team and guests.
• Having fun, laughing a lot and giving good vibes
