Job summary

Incipio Group is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead and develop teams across our vibrant venues in Greater London. You will bridge gaps between staff and senior management, driving revenue through excellent hospitality and innovative ideas, while coaching your team for growth.

You will create memorable guest experiences, manage shifts, and ensure high standards of service in a fast-paced environment. A passion for people, energy, and continuous development is essential.

WHAT YOU’LL BE GETTING UP TO

• Bridging the gap between the team and senior management, using clear, effective and simple communication
• Using imaginative revenue driving ideas to drive the business forward
• You lead joyous and independent shifts and ensure high service standards are kept to, including actively coaching your team in their development.
• You ensure the venue runs efficiently by leading from the front, being approachable and driving outstanding hospitality at every opportunity.
• Creative cocktail ideas and champion menu development from your team
• You ensure our guests are shown the best possible experience and are looked after safely when in our venues and leaving.
• You motivate your team by providing excellent support and training ensuring your team are happy, engaged and full of joy.
• You drive both sales and the business performance by using financial data and planning effectively.
• Be obsessed with learning, pushing for your own development and career progression
