Job summary

PVH Corp. is seeking a Floor Manager for Calvin Klein Jeans at Bicester Village. You will lead the shop floor, drive excellent customer service, coach staff, and partner with the Store Manager to deliver sales, standards and brand experience.

The role requires a proven track record in supervisory or specialist roles within premium or luxury brands, strong communication, and the ability to energize a team on a busy, ever-evolving retail floor.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the efficient running of the shop floor to achieve service, sales and profit.
• Support management in personnel, product and merchandising functions.
• Communicate daily sales goals and KPIs to staff.
• Hold one-minute meetings to review performance and provide feedback.
• Model best practices in Customer Service, Store Operations, Loss Prevention, POS.
• Achieve standards for personal sales vs budgets, sales per hour, and units per transaction.
• Handle customer complaints promptly and effectively.
• Analyse store reports and create action plans to improve results.
