Job summary

PVH UK is seeking a Store Manager to lead our Calvin Klein and TOMMY HILFIGER stores, driving sales, coaching teams, and delivering outstanding customer experiences while upholding PVH standards in merchandising and operations.

With 6+ years in progressive retail roles and at least 2 years in store leadership, you will inspire teams, manage budgets and act as the brand ambassador on the shop floor, delivering results with energy and pace.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of progressive retail experience.
• At least 2 years of store management experience.
• Extensive experience in connecting with consumers in a brand retailer.

Responsibilities

• Partner with store management to achieve sales, wage budgets, SPH and profitability.
• Identify opportunities to grow the business and improve performance.
• Provide training and coaching to employees and document it.
• Lead weekly management and staff meetings and contribute to regional meetings.
• Set ambitious but attainable goals focusing on service quality and customer satisfaction.
