Job summary

PVH Corp. is seeking an Assistant Manager for Calvin Klein Jeans at Trafford. You will lead store teams, drive sales, ensure superior customer experiences and maintain brand aesthetic across the shop floor.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 4 years in progressive retail roles and at least 2 years in store management, plus strong communication, teamwork and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Minimum of 4 years progressive retail experience.
Minimum 2 years store management experience.
Effective communicator with relationship-building skills.
Team player who recognises contributions and achievements.
Strong people management and conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities

Lead store teams to generate sales, profits, minimise losses, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Identify opportunities to grow the business and improve performance.
Maintain corporate visual merchandising directives and standards for sales floor and back room.
Collaborate with VM team to ensure clear communication with store teams.
Recruit store personnel and assist manpower planning; build bench strength for key positions.
Communicate sales goals and provide guidance to achieve targets; develop action plans.
Analyse store-level reports and create action plans to improve results.
Provide a great customer journey and achieve exemplary mystery shop results.
