Job summary

The Brasserie Windsor, a premier dining destination in Windsor, is seeking an experienced F&B Service Manager. You will oversee all F&B departments, drive service standards and guest satisfaction, and collaborate with the Head Chef on menu direction.

Key requirements include 3-4 years in hotel F&B management, strong cost control, staff development, and a solid understanding of health and safety regulations. This role is on-site with no accommodation provided.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years' experience in food and beverage service management in quality hotels.
• Excellent guest care skills and a professional manner.
• Strong financial awareness and understanding of revenue controls.

Responsibilities

• Improve operating standards across F&B departments and maximise guest satisfaction.
• Update SOP manuals and ensure staff training records are maintained.
• Manage budgets and controllable costs, including liquor and staff wages.
• Train and develop staff, carry out performance reviews, and motivate the team.
• Work with Head Chef to implement on-trend menus and ensure health and safety compliance.
• Prepare monthly business reviews, budgets and business plans; rota duty management as needed.
