Job summary

Penningtons Brasserie and Bar sits at the heart of the Castle Hotel in Windsor. The Floor Manager will drive food services, lead a dedicated team and ensure guests receive an exquisite, attentive experience across the restaurant, bar, terrace and lounge.

You will train junior staff, oversee order of service and allergy procedures, and provide hands-on leadership in a busy hospitality environment. We value guest-focused professionals with at least 1 year in a similar role, able to work evenings

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a comparable role.
• Guest-focused with a passion for delivering a premium experience.
• Proficient with the Order of Service and allergy procedures.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends in a full-time hospitality role.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to build repeat business and ensure memorable service.
• Maintain high standards of service with attention to detail.
• Support training of staff and run one-to-one and group coaching sessions.
• Take sole duty management responsibility for restaurant, bar, terrace and lounge operations.
• Ensure Health and Safety standards are met across service areas.
• Collaborate with hotel teams to provide warmth and consistency to guests.
• Uphold the Penningtons brand with energy and a positive attitude.
• Demonstrate leadership across all aspects of the role.
