Job summary

Penningtons Brasserie and Bar, part of Sutton Hotel Collection in Windsor, seeks a Floor Manager to lead service during evenings and weekends.

You will oversee order of service, support the Restaurant Manager, train junior staff and ensure a safe, delightful guest experience.

Minimum 1 year in a similar role, guest focus, and teamwork are essential. Benefits include meals on duty, staff discounts, and wellness perks.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a comparable position.
• Guest-focused approach and ability to lead a team.

Responsibilities

• Guest interaction and repeat business built on trust.
• Attention to detail during service and supporting the wider team in delivering service standards of the highest quality.
• Assist with training of staff to be well considered, supporting one-to-ones and group sessions to build the skill level of the team.
• Take on sole responsibility of duty management having operational control of the restaurant bar, terrace and lounge.
• Compliant with Health and Safety Standards, built in to deliver exquisite experiences for guests.
• Working with all teams within the Hotel, to ensure all staff and guests receive warmth and generosity.
• Upholding the brand with a positive attitude, energy and enthusiasm.
