Public House Group is seeking a Floor Manager to lead a high-energy team across our pubs and restaurants in London. You will be responsible for day-to-day venue operations, staff supervision, and delivering outstanding guest experiences.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a passion for hospitality. You will work closely with the General Manager to drive service excellence, manage budgets and labour costs, and ensure compliance with health & safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and motivate staff to deliver excellent service.
